Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your appointment for ANY reason and do not give a FULL 24 HOURS notice; you will be required to pay 50% of your service total before rescheduling. If you are feeling ill, have been exposed to Covid or test positive for Covid, Iā€™m happy to reschedule your appointment with no fee as long as I have at least 24 HOURS notice. Should you refuse to pay the cancellation fee, you will no longer be able to schedule any future appointments until the fee is paid.

No Call/No Show Policy

No call/no shows are unacceptable in the salon. Should you no call/no show you will no longer be accepted as a client and your card will be charged 100% of the service total. We understand that extreme emergencies occur and in the event that does happen, give us a call by the end of the day to discuss the emergency and we would be happy to issue you a refund.

Late Policy

We love for our clients to be at least 5 - 10 minutes early to their appointments as it helps us keep our schedule running smooth and allows us to get started as soon as your appointment time begins, however if you are running late, as a courtesy please let us know as soon as possible and by how many minutes. Should you be running 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be canceled and the cancellation policy will take effect.
